Prepare your Kakobuy items for shipping
Your items may arrive from different sellers on different days. Parcel preparation becomes easier when you separate what has arrived, what needs attention and what is ready to ship.
From purchase to a packed parcel
The purchase is placed
Product payment begins the buying process. A seller still needs to dispatch the item to Kakobuy. If an order question is unresolved, use the order message rather than assuming the item is already on its way.
The warehouse receives and inspects it
Kakobuy’s warehouse process includes inspection and photos. Review the item against your selected option; a delivered domestic tracking event may appear before the warehouse photos are ready.
You decide what can be packed
Separate items awaiting a size answer or return request from the goods you are ready to send. A combined parcel only helps if all the included pieces are ones you intend to keep.
The parcel is prepared for shipping
Choose the stored items, packing services and shipping information in the warehouse parcel process. The package’s dimensions and weight become important for the shipping estimate and route choice.
Keep together or send separately?
Items ready at the same time
Combining them may reduce repeated parcel handling and packaging. Compare the whole shipment’s available routes and total price. A larger parcel can change which routes are available, so combining everything is not automatically the cheapest choice.
An item needs a different treatment
A fragile piece, liquid or oversized item may need different packaging or routing from clothing. Look at the permitted goods types before adding it to a clothing parcel. Likewise, waiting for one delayed purchase may be inconvenient when the other items are already needed.
Choosing packaging for your items
Boxes and labels can carry model information and may matter for a return. Keep them while you resolve a wrong item, damage or fit question. Once the item is staying with you, weigh the value of its retail packaging against the space it adds. Reinforcement can improve protection while also increasing parcel weight or volume.
Where Rehearsal fits
Kakobuy’s Rehearsal service prepares the package so its weight and volume can be established more accurately. You can specify a preferred shipping route and the packing services you want. It is useful when bulky packaging makes a preliminary estimate hard to judge.
Specify the packing treatment you actually want. Otherwise a measured parcel may still need to change later. Rehearsal supplies parcel information; the shipping options and payable amount still need reviewing for that shipment.
