Browsing and analytics

We use Matomo to understand visits and page use. Analytics may record the page visited, device and browser information, referring page and technical connection information. The site’s hostname is included to distinguish visits to this website. Analytics storage and retention depend on the tracker configuration.

Searches and worksheet entries

A product search sends your search term to the product-discovery service when you submit it. Its own privacy practices apply there. Avoid including personal information in a product query.

Measurement and expense fields are calculated within this page. Their values are not saved by these tools or deliberately included in analytics events. Clearing or leaving the page removes those working values.

Guide Help messages

Telegram and WhatsApp process messages through their own services. Information you choose to send may be used to answer your question. Please keep account passwords, financial details and private order documents out of guide-help messages.

Your choices

You can manage browser storage and tracking permissions through your browser settings. If you have a question about information you sent to Guide Help, contact us through the same channel so the message can be identified.

Other services

Product browsing and purchasing services operate separately from this website. Their handling of account data, orders and payments is described in their own policies. This policy may be updated when the website’s practices change.
