From product link to the right order
The product you saw in a spreadsheet and the option you pay for should match. The colour, size and quantity you select determine what gets ordered.
Check the options on the product page
A spreadsheet entry points you toward a listing. The seller’s page may contain several colours, versions or pack sizes under the same link. A photo of a full outfit can lead to a listing where the top and trousers are separate choices. Keep the product name, chosen option and quantity together when preparing a Kakobuy purchase.
Details to include in your order
- Product URL
- The item page, rather than a shop homepage, social post or image alone.
- Specification
- The seller’s colour and size labels. Preserve a version or model label if the listing uses one.
- Quantity
- How many pieces the selected option contains, as well as how many of that option you want.
- Price and postage
- The chosen variant’s price and the seller’s delivery charge to the warehouse.
Automatic item information or a manual request?
Kakobuy supports product-information search for Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688. After an item loads, its size, colour and quantity still need your selection. On 1688, pay particular attention to the seller’s minimum order quantity; the smallest displayed unit price may depend on buying more pieces.
For a link that leads to the manual order form, prepare the product name, specification, image, unit price, quantity and domestic postage. Kakobuy provides a manual-entry route for listings it cannot populate automatically. Its third-party manual-order form includes restrictive cancellation and after-sales terms, so read those terms before submitting payment.
Write an order note that identifies the item
Use the same wording as the selected option. A note such as “Navy, size M, one piece; please confirm whether the belt is included” is easier to act on than “send the best version.” Keep separate questions separate, and ask about any unresolved option before paying.
Once an order is underway, Kakobuy’s order messages provide a place for purchase questions. For sizing, the fit and photo guide explains which measurements are worth requesting. When the seller sends the item, follow it into the warehouse and parcel process.
