How to use Kakobuy Estimate
In Kakobuy, open Estimate and enter the receiving country, parcel weight in grams, goods type and package dimensions. The estimate uses this information to show routes for your parcel. A clothing-only enquiry and one containing perfume can have different eligible routes even at the same weight.
- Weight
- Use the parcel’s weight, including its packaging, when it is available. An early sum of item weights is provisional.
- Length, width and height
- Measure the outside of the packed box. Bulky, light goods can occupy enough space for volume to influence the charge.
- Goods type
- Select the type that describes the contents. An unavailable route may reflect an item restriction rather than a missing price.
- Receiving country
- The country and the route’s delivery coverage need to suit the address you intend to use.

Transit estimates are planning ranges. Seller dispatch and warehouse preparation happen before international transport, so they should not be counted as carrier transit time.
After the parcel leaves
Track a shipped parcel in Kakobuy under My Account → Package. Keep the parcel number alongside any carrier tracking reference. If your parcel is handed to another carrier, check for a new tracking number and read the updates in date order.
